On November 14, 2013, Ms. ZhouXuan, one of our partners in Shenzhen office, was invited by Shenzhen Stock Exchange Startups Training Centre (“Centre”) to lecture in Chongqing to a group of more than 100 directors and senior managers of potential issuers across the country.

Together with Ms. Zhou, Chief Officers of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, senior officers of sponsors and accountants also conducted lectures in an interactive approach. Ms Zhou covered such topics as building up legal mentality, pros and cons of ESOP, main legal issues and solutions in listing process, etc., all of which were well received by the audience.

As of today, the Centre already held 6 times of training program, which gradually becomes well known in the market.
