Ke Huang is a registered foreign lawyer (admitted in New York) of Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP, with over 15 years of legal experience. Ke specializes in capital markets, including the overseas issuance of equity and bonds. Ke is particularly skilled in representing issuers and underwriters in international equity and debt offerings related to 144A and Regulation S in Asian regions, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia, covering various locations across Asia.
Ke graduated from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and is qualified to practise law in New York. His working languages are Mandarin and English.

Represented Poly Property Group Co., Limited, on its issuance of US$500 million 4.00% Guaranteed Notes due 2025.
Represented ICBCI, Goldman Sachs, UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lunch as the underwriters to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China’s issue of the AT1 preference shares in three tranches. This issue is the first Asian AT1 offering in three currencies, the first in euros from an Asian bank and the first Asian AT1 offering in Rule 144A/Reg S format. The RMB tranche is also the first offshore RMB denominated AT1 offering and the largest non-sovereign RMB denominated securities offering as of the time of the issuance.
Represented Goldman Sachs and other international underwriters for Hutchinson Whampoa’s US$3.5 billion dual-tranche bond and Eur1.5 billion concurrent offering.
Represented Bank of China International, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and UBS on China National Offshore Oil Corporation’s concurrent offering of U.S. dollar and euro-denominated Notes. The Rule 144A/Reg S US$1.3bn Notes are the first to feature a full guarantee from China and are the first to be eligible for listing in the emerging market bond index. The Reg S EUR500m Notes represent CNOOC’s inaugural Euro denominated debt issuance.
Represented America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and HSBC on Hutchison Whampoa’s issue of its EUR1.75 billion euro-denominated perpetual capital securities, which was the first Asian borrower to issue a euro-denominated perpetual.
Represented Goldman Sachs on Hutchison Whampoa's issuance of perpetual capital securities, which resulted in the largest US dollar perpetual capital securities offering by an Asian issuer.
