Yao Du graduated from China University of Political science and Law with Master degree in Civil and Commercial Law.
Ms.Du has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2012 and became a partner in 2019. Prior to this, she worked 4 years with The Beijing Huairou District People's Court as a Judge.
Ms.Du specializes in funds and PE, M & A, securities, enterprises’ reorganization, restructure.
Ms.Du also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. She has provided a wide range of legal services for investors to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions.
