近日，总部位于伦敦的知名法律出版商Law Business Research（LBR）出版了2020年《全球私募股权评论（第9版）》。该书的《中国基金募集篇》继其2014版至2019版之后，再次由竞天公诚王勇先生受托完成。

James Yong Wang authored China Chapter of Global Private Equity Review (2020 ed.) for 7th Year
The London-based leading legal publisher Law Business Research recently published the 2020 (9th) edition of The Global Private Equity Review. James Yong Wang was commissioned by LBR to author the China Fundraising Chapter of this global review for the 7th year.
This global review covers both private equity investment and fundraising, with contributions from leading private equity practitioners from over 30 different countries and jurisdictions sharing their first-hand experiences on private equity deal-making and fundraising and observations on the current status and trends of the private equity investment and fundraising environment in their respective jurisdictions.
A veteran in the investment funds field, James Yong Wang is known for the breadth and depth of his investment funds practice and has experiences representing clients in forming over 1,000 RMB and USD funds of various kinds as well as conducting PE/VC transactions in and outside China over the past 16 years.
