Mrs. Zhang received her L.L.B degree from Beijing Forestry University in the year 2012 and later obtained her postgraduate degree (L.L.M) on international business direction from University of Montreal in the year 2013.

Mrs. Zhang specializes in Securities and Capital Market, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Compliance and Perennial Legal Services, and she was ranked as “30 Under 30” by LEGALBAND in 2019.

Mrs. Zhang has extensive experience in Medical, Film and Television, Education and TMT legal affairs. In the area of Securities and Capital Market, she has represented in and dealt with a number of well-known companies in the industry to provide legal services in the overseas listing projects of NASDAQ and HKEx, as well as the follow-up financing and acquisition business. Typical cases include AK Medical (HK. 1789), IVD Medical (HK. 1931), SINCO pharmaceutical (HK. 6833), China Kepei (HK. 1890), WAFU Education (NASDAQ: WAF), and China Index (NASDAQ：CIH), International Alliance (HK.1563), Qilu Expressway (HK.1576), etc.

In the area of Securities and Capital Market, Mr. Zhang has provided a wide range of legal services for many PE investment funds including Morgan Stanley, OrbiMed，LYFE Capital, Medtronic, New Horizon Capital, Entertainment Factory, multinational companies and industry leaders to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions.
