Mr. Jun Dai graduated from Fudan University Law School with bachelor and master degrees in laws.

Before joining Shanghai office of Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2017, Jun had practiced in several international law firms and a boutique Chinese law firm for more than two decades. 

Jun's major practice areas are corporate law, M&A, cross-border investments, restructuring of enterprises and assets. His clients are typically in the sectors of advanced manufacturing industries, retail, automobile, chemical, pharmaceutical and healthcare, environment protection and etc.

Jun worked on many milestone cases for FDI in China, like the first strategic acquisition of an A-Share company by a foreign investor, the first Sino-foreign joint venture automobile distribution company, the first wholly foreign owned financial leasing company, the first wholly foreign owned application service provider, the first wholly foreign owned bank whose biggest shareholder is not a financial institution, and etc.

Jun has represented many of renown Chinese and foreign companies including 3M, ABB, BASF, Bekaert, Bertelsmann, Bosch, Volkswagen, DEG, Delphi, Dekra, DaVita, Haier, Zhejiang Expressway, Cognis, Lennox, Lilly, Roche, McKinsey, Shanghai Industries, SCJT Group, Tennant, Thai Union, Wacker Neuson, and etc.

Jun qualified for PRC bar in 1992. His working languages are Chinese and English.

Jun is a longtime volunteer in charity activities and he is a trustee of Shanghai United Foundation and a supervisor of Raleigh China.
