Bing Wang graduated from Peking University Law school with LL. B. in 1999.  She obtained a master degree of International Human Rights Law from Lunds Universitet Law School in 2004.

Ms. Wang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1999, she became a Partner in 2007 and became a Senior Counsel in 2020.

Ms. Wang specializes in corporate law, securities law, investment law, contract law, M&A and restructuring.

Ms. Wang has advised a number of leading companies on their IPOs or listings of stocks and bonds, including China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd, Tianjin Tianlian Public Utilities Company Ltd, China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd., and Greens Holdings Co., Ltd.

Ms. Wang has extensive experience in M&A.  The representative projects include Wal-Mart Stores Inc. acquiring certain Chinese enterprise, ThyssenKrupp (China) Ltd. acquiring Tianrun Crankshaft Co., Ltd., NewHorizon Lake View Investment Limited acquiring New Century Department Store Limited Company of Chongqing General Trading Group, China Ping An Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. acquiring Meiya Power Company Limited, AES Corporation acquiring Guohua Tongliao Wind Farm, China Resources Textiles (Holdings) Co., Ltd. acquiring China Resources Jinhua Co., Ltd..

Ms. Wang has acted as clients' counsel in diverse industries, including energy, retail business, public utilities, mechanical manufacture, electronic, real estate, etc.

Ms. Wang obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate and she is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
