Guobing Ren graduated fromChina University of Political Science and Lawwith bachelor degree in law.

Mr. Ren has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2017 and became a partner in 2018. Prior to this, he worked in Finance & Trust department of Allbright Law Offices as senior lawyer and took the position of professional director in legal compliance department  of  China Minsheng Trust.

Mr. Guobing Ren concentrates on those business operations which incorporates asset management (encompassing trust), securitization and family trust.

In the field of asset management business, he has been offering a wide range oflegal service to asset management agency like trust companies and commercial banks. The businesscovers all kinds of asset management business operated by domestic trust corporations and commercial banks.

In the area of securitization, Mr. Ren hasprovided legal service for a number of securitization projects. He has extensive practical experience in the area of trust-related asset securitization business.

In the area of family trust, as an attorney who began to research and practice the domestic family trust business early, Mr. Ren has provided legal service for different types of family trust businesses of various trust companies. He has a deep understanding of domestic family trust business and has rich practical experience.
