Ms. Deng graduated from Renmin University of China with the Bachelor Degree of Arts in 2004, graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with the Master Degree of Laws in 2007 and graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with the LL.M. Degree in 2012. 

Ms.Deng has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2008 and was elected the partner by the partners' meeting of Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2015. (Prior to this, she worked 1 year for Beijing DeHeng Law Offices.)

Ms. Deng specializes in securities and capital markets, PE, M&A and the reorganization of state-owned enterprises.

In the area of securities and capital market, Ms. Deng has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic offerings and listings, M&A and material reorganization of listing companies.

Ms. Deng also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. She has provided a wide range of legal services for domestic and overseas investors to carry out domestic and trans-border M&A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions.

Ms. Deng has provided legal services to several state-owned enterprises with respect to their reorganizations.

Ms. Deng was admitted to the PRC Bar in 2009, and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2013.

Ms. Deng is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
