Ms. Tracy Liu graduated from East China University of Politics and Law with an LL.B. (2000), and also from University of Frankfurt with an LL.M. (magna cum laude) (2002). Ms. Liu has extensive experience in a wide range of areas, including employment, foreign direct investment, M&A, and general corporate. She has been involved in both transactional and advisory work of various business sectors, including automotive, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food and fashion.

Ms. Liu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as Partner in 2019. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Ms. Liu has worked at Fieldfisher Shanghai as Partner for a year and a half. Ms. Liu has worked in Baker McKenzie Shanghai Office for a cumulative period of nearly four years. Ms. Liu has also practiced in a leading German law firm in Shanghai for over 6 years.

Ms. Liu was admitted to PRC bar in 2006.
