The Guidelines cover around 30 main countries. One or two renowned lawyers in the relevant area from each country are selected as writers. The Guidelines is distributed to over 8800 lawyers and legal counsels from more than 140 countries. The online version is also available with nearly 1.5 million pages read each year. Meanwhile, Mobile Ecosystem Forum (established in England 2000, with branches in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and North America) provides the Guidelines to all its members.
